AGREEMENT:
All sales made by hokum scarves are subject to these terms and conditions, except where agreed otherwise in writing.
These terms and conditions are a legal requirement and are here to protect both you and us, we have tried to make them as simple as possible.
We will always endeavourer to offer the best possible service, so if you have a problem with a product or service, please contact us immediately so we can try to rectify it as soon as possible!
By purchasing Hokum scarves you are automatically agreeing to the Terms and Conditions as laid out.
Scarves
Hokum scarves are a 100% silk.The nature of silk means that they can be easily damaged by water, perfume and makeup. Only ever dry clean silk.
Colours
We have made every effort to display accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate
POSTAGE:
Product deliveries are estimated to arrive within 10 business days. We endeavor to dispatch with in 24 hours.
Products are delivered via Australia Post eParcel free of charge to anywhere in Australia. All orders require a signature upon receipt. If you are unavailable to sign for delivery, a notification card will be left to specify your local post office or LPO for order retrieval.
DAMAGES, LOSS & REFUNDS
All orders are double checked before posting and will not be sent with any defects. The Hokum scarves shop is not responsible for any damages incurred by Mail. Once the product has been dispatched to the delivery service by the seller, the risk of loss passes to the customer.
If you are not completely satisfied with your web purchase we are happy to exchange , credit or refund your original payment.
Providing that you A) register your return within 10 days of receipt of goods b) You return the product with in 7 days of registering you return request. C) The product is returned in saleable condition, unused, unwashed, unworn and undamaged, with original packaging.
We will happily refund in accordance with the above terms. We will refund the price paid, less the delivery, return postages and any other taxes, duties or charges imposed in respect to the product.

As soon as the return has been received, a replacement product will be shipped or your account credited or refunded.

By purchasing a product from hokum scarves you are instantly subscribed to the newsletter, if you do not wish to be contacted by email please email enquiries@hokumscarves and you will be removed. All newsletters have an unsubscribe button within them.

Hokum scarves respects our customers information as private and confidential information will never be shared with anyone and deleted after your item is posted. Your information is secured and encrypted with the secure socket layer software via payPal
You are able to visit our website without disclosing any personal information to us. Once you purchase a product from Hokum scarves it is necessary for us to collect information from you to deliver your products.
When you register as a Hokum scarves customer, you need to supply personal information such as:
your name, address and contact details;

CHRISTMAS POSTAGE:
To receive your parcels in good time for Christmas we advise you place your orders by the dates below.
Australian Customers: 4pm Monday 20th December .
4pm Sunday 12th December Everywhere else: 4pm Sunday 5th December
Please note these dates are just a guide and we cannot be held responsible if your parcels do not arrive in time for Christmas.
